Capture deliverables — deck, capture package, board report

Nobody forwards a JSON blob up the chain — they hand up a deck or a memo. FedGrade turns its cited intelligence into the artifacts a capture review actually consumes. These are Team+ exports. Every figure on every page traces to a citation already carried by its source module, or is shown as an honest empty-state when the input is absent — FedGrade never fabricates a section to fill a slide.

Brief deck (PPTX)

Turns the daily Brief into a PowerPoint:

• Title slide — the headline, persona, and date.
• Item slides — each top paragraph becomes a slide; the cited claim text keeps its inline [n] markers, and the footer shows which sources back it.
• Source appendix — every citation, numbered, with its source table, record id, and excerpt so a reader can trace any claim.

An insufficient-evidence brief renders a single honest "suppressed" slide, never a fabricated body.

Capture package (DOCX or PPTX)

The capture-review read-ahead: everything known about one pursuit, in one bundle.

• Brief context — the cited intelligence read on the opportunity.
• pWin assessment — the decomposed, cited win-probability (read-only).
• Compliance matrix — the RFP shred → requirement → status cross-walk, included only when a shred exists. A package with no shred says "no compliance matrix on file" rather than inventing one.
• Agency snapshot — the target agency's cited priorities, opportunities, incumbents, and oversight (read-only agency profile).

Pipeline board report (DOCX or PPTX)

Turns the ranked Opportunity pipeline into a board artifact:

• DOCX — the read-ahead memo: summary, pipeline table, top-pursuit pWin factor breakdowns with citations, agency concentration, and an honest "not-yet-rankable" section.
• PPTX — the briefing deck: title, exec summary, pipeline table, top pursuits with cited factor drivers, agency concentration, and a gap slide.

What stays read-only

These exports are pure rendering. They consume the pWin assessment, the compliance matrix, the agency profile, and the rank pipeline — they never recompute or mutate any of them. The route does the loading and tier-gating; the builder only renders.

Brand caveat
