The Forecast digest
The Forecast digest is a twice-monthly email summarizing the workspace's top-10 highest-confidence Forecast predictions. It is a Team-tier-and-above feature and lands in subscribed inboxes on the 1st and 15th of each month.
What's in it
Each digest contains:
- Top-10 predictions ranked by confidence. Each row shows the target agency, signal types feeding the cluster, horizon (30 / 60 / 90 days), confidence score, and a one-sentence rationale.
- Diff since last digest. New predictions are flagged "NEW"; existing predictions with confidence moves >0.10 are flagged with the delta.
- Materialization log. Predictions from prior digests that materialized into actual RFPs in the past two weeks.
- Top-3 risk flags. From the Risk Inference layer — supply chain, protest exposure, policy shifts, FedRAMP gating, OFAC entanglements.
Personalization
The digest is workspace-scoped, not user-scoped. Every member of the workspace gets the same top-10. Personalization happens at the watch level (see Watches) — the digest is the workspace's strategic overview, not the operator's daily alerts.
Subscribing
The workspace owner enables the digest at /settings/workspaces/[id] → "Notification settings" → "Forecast digest." It defaults to on for new Team+ workspaces.
Individual workspace members can opt out from /settings/notifications.
Tier requirement
Team tier and above. Free and Pro workspaces do not receive the digest — the underlying Forecast view is available on all tiers, but the digest is gated.
Cadence variants
- Twice-monthly (default). 1st and 15th at 08:00 local
- Weekly. Mondays at 08:00 local (Enterprise+)
- Daily. 08:00 local every weekday (Enterprise+, intended for capture leads with high pipeline velocity)
Off-cycle issues
For consequential events (e.g., a major appropriation lands mid-cycle, a sector-shaping leadership change occurs) the platform may push an off-cycle digest. These are clearly marked "Off-cycle" in the subject line and require workspace-owner approval to enable.
